Documentation Auditor/Process Verification Specialist

Department: Quality Control

Reports to: Quality Control Manager

Location: Liverpool

Full-Time: A typical work schedule is standard business hours, 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m., with the flexibility to handle escalations or support during peak times or special projects.

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Non-Exempt: Compensation starts at $44,000 to $55,000 annually, depending on experience.

Shift Differential: 2nd Shift, +$1. hour, 3rd Shift, +$2. Hour (Based on hours worked)

Benefits: Begin the first day after the first two full months of employment

Position Summary

Immediate Mailing Services is looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, verifying information, and making sure things are done the right way.

This role is ideal for someone who notices when something doesn't look right, isn't afraid to ask questions, and takes pride in making sure documentation and processes are accurate and compliant.

You will work across departments reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and helping teams maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability.

• Quality assurance or quality control
• Banking or financial services operations
• Insurance processing or claims review
• Medical billing or records management
• Logistics or documentation coordination

  Experience reviewing documentation, following detailed procedures, and maintaining accurate records is highly valuable.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in documentation review, auditing, quality assurance, or administrative coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

Experience with SharePoint, JIRA, or HubSpot is a plus but not required.

• Office environment with extended periods of sitting and computer use.

• Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting requiring the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
